Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure implementation of the social operational plan and maintain strong relationships in the Valle de Majes influence area.
  • •Serve as a safety and environment leader by complying with and promoting safety and critical controls procedures and regulations.
  • •Identify, update, and use social management tools including the STK matrix and the social risk matrix to support open dialogue.
  • •Monitor social climate and implement social mitigation plans, ensuring social projects meet established objectives and align with intervention pillars.
  • •Coordinate with local employment and local procurement leadership to generate opportunities for residents and represent the company in community engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, Agricultural/Agronomy Engineering, Civil Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in community/stakeholder relationship activities across different stages of extractive and construction project work.
  • •Experience resolving conflicts and managing social and environmental projects.
  • •Experience with socio-economic diagnosis.
  • •Knowledge of social context mapping and social risk analysis, including sustainable development projects.
