Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure data quality in trade order management and downstream systems by overseeing trade entry and reconciliation processes.
  • •Prepare investment operations reporting including trade activity summaries, alternative asset transaction reporting, daily asset allocation, end-of-day trade notifications, cash forecasts, and corporate action reporting.
  • •Oversee timely settlement of non-standard securities transactions and monitor electronic and non-electronic settlement processes.
  • •Ensure voluntary corporate actions have timely elections, verify elections are provided to custodian by expiration, and confirm custodian processing and system reflections.
  • •Support special projects, audits, and ad hoc requests (including identifying unapplied wires and open payables/receives), and serve as backup for Derivatives Operations and Investment Operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •5-8 years of cumulative, relevant investment operations experience.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Excellent attention to detail with an analytical approach and ability to multitask in a team environment.
  • •Experience with Bloomberg and/or trade order management systems; SimCorp Dimension and strong Excel skills are required, plus familiarity with investments such as fixed income, alternative assets, loans and/or derivatives.
