Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure ethical conduct and lead the development, management, and oversight of the Americas compliance program, governance, and strategic framework.
  • •Oversee compliance operations including needs and risk assessments, policy and process development, training, committee governance, auditing/monitoring, and investigations.
  • •Continuously assess ethics and compliance issues, trends, and regulatory developments to identify vulnerabilities and update risk-management strategies.
  • •Develop and oversee compliance policies, training, advisory services, and review processes for grants, sponsorships, donations, advisory boards, speaker programs, and transparency requirements.
  • •Advise business leadership and divisional leaders by identifying root causes of non-compliance, recommending practical remediation measures, and collaborating with EMEA/APAC for consistency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 320,000 - 380,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited United States law school.
  • •Minimum of 10 years of relevant, direct U.S. compliance experience in the life sciences industry, preferably medical devices.
  • •Deep knowledge of U.S. healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • •Demonstrated experience advising strategically within a complex, matrixed organizational structure.
  • •Proven track record leading and implementing comprehensive compliance programs with cross-functional teams and senior leadership influence.
