Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end planning and execution of PowerEdge product offerings from definition through production and release.
  • •Collaborate with CTO, engineering, and strategy teams to define the market, product roadmap, and drive execution.
  • •Develop a solid business case and present it to senior leadership for portfolio decisions.
  • •Work with cross-functional teams to drive roadmap planning and execution.
  • •Evangelize the PowerEdge portfolio within and outside Dell through presentations to sales, CoC, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role.
  • •Dual technical and business fluency in data center technologies, including enterprise compute/storage, AI/GPU compute, high-performance AI storage, networking, and power/cooling infrastructure.
  • •Experience driving commercial outcomes such as BOM costing, P&L ownership, pricing strategy, and enterprise-scale program delivery.
  • •End-to-end program leadership experience defining projects, collecting requirements, and coordinating cross-functional delivery across supply chain, engineering, procurement, and services.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience including 8+ years with a Master’s, or PhD with 5+ years experience).
