Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the F&E vertical growth strategy and execution, including user acquisition and retention across multiple marketing channels.
  • •Formulate and oversee a multi-million dollar vertical marketing budget and set annual and quarterly targets with functional heads, GM, and finance.
  • •Lead creative brainstorming, media planning and buying, and data analysis; build and scale an optimization and testing pipeline.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Engineering to improve program quality and channel revenue, and manage internal/external stakeholders.
  • •Directly lead the team—coach and mentor members to achieve KPIs—while driving vertical expansion and Super+ membership retention.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years fintech-specific growth/performance marketing experience (account management experience is an asset).
