Key Responsibilities

  • •Define course requirements, write learning objectives, and develop course materials (including eLearning media, graphics, manuals, and activities) that support course objectives and align with business needs.
  • •Achieve course schedule and quality goals that align with Workday standards and processes.
  • •Develop subject matter expertise in 1–2 Workday products within 6–9 months to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • •Continuously improve existing course content based on learner feedback, product updates, and evolving best practices.
  • •Collaborate with the Workday Education team to design and deliver engaging learning solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
  • •3-5 years of experience creating content for software systems or equivalent experience in information technology, software development, or systems integrations
  • •3-5 years of experience with authoring, multimedia, AI, and graphics tools (e.g., Rise, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • •Demonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools (e.g., project plans, design documents, content templates)
  • •Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope
