Key Responsibilities

•Define course requirements, write learning objectives, and develop course materials (including eLearning media, graphics, manuals, and activities) that support course objectives and align with business needs.
•Achieve course schedule and quality goals that align with Workday standards and processes.
•Develop subject matter expertise in 1–2 Workday products within 6–9 months to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
•Continuously improve existing course content based on learner feedback, product updates, and evolving best practices.
•Collaborate with the Workday Education team to design and deliver engaging learning solutions.

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development
•3-5 years of experience creating content for software systems or equivalent experience in information technology, software development, or systems integrations
•3-5 years of experience with authoring, multimedia, AI, and graphics tools (e.g., Rise, Adobe Captivate, Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint)
•Demonstrated proficiency using a content management system and instructional design tools (e.g., project plans, design documents, content templates)
•Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time and within scope
