Safely handle lumber products by moving, securing, stacking, labeling, and bundling materials to meet customer and company requirements. Maintain accurate tag inventory, report discrepancies, record production on production sheets, and keep work areas clean and organized. Troubleshoot basic equipment issues, apply tags before/after treating or production, and assist with loading/unloading materials carts while participating in safety and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
•Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
•Label materials by type, size, and count; apply individual tags before/after treating/production.
•Band, bundle, and secure materials, including attaching corner protectors and loading sticks.
•Maintain clean work areas and accurate inventory of tags; record production on production sheets and report discrepancies to a supervisor.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
•No minimum experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience preferred.
•Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
