Job Summary

Own product strategy and roadmap for a suite of digital software products supporting lab operations, R&D, process development, customer support, genetic counseling, reporting, and bioinformatics. Partner with R&D, designers, engineers, and clinical and operations teams to turn business/market/clinical requirements into executable product plans. Define feature backlog priorities, measure success, produce diagrams and prototypes, and champion roadmap execution with senior stakeholders.

•Experience implementing scalable business rule applications; enterprise software and cross-functional leadership are a plus.
