Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and own CI pipelines and test execution (PR/merge/nightly lanes) that gate the full DX-1 software stack.
  • •Scale test execution by splitting the suite into staged lanes, parallelizing with isolation, and using content-addressed caching to control cost.
  • •Run CI across a heterogeneous fleet of cloud and self-hosted machines and provide monitored, fail-fast shared access to scarce hardware resources.
  • •Stand up performance-regression baselines (determinism, metric aggregation, rolling/pinned baselines) and translate CI/test signal into health and readiness dashboards.
  • •Define hermetic, reproducible build/test flows and observability via a scalable metrics store for long-lived, high-cardinality time series.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience owning build/test infrastructure and CI/CD or large-scale release engineering, including end-to-end ownership of a major CI or test system.
  • •Proven ability to scale a large test suite using staged lanes, real isolation, and content-addressed caching while keeping feedback fast and affordable.
  • •Experience managing heterogeneous CI runner fleets across cloud and on-prem environments, including shared access to scarce/expensive hardware for hardware-in-the-loop testing.
  • •Strong performance-analysis skills, including regression baselines, determinism/noise handling, metric aggregation, and fast attribution/bisection.
  • •Scripting/systems programming strength (e.g., Python plus a systems language) and fluency with containers and Linux, plus cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS).
