Key Responsibilities

  • •Build full-stack features for strategic “lighthouse” projects, delivering meaningful impact with high-quality results.
  • •Design and iterate proof-of-concepts quickly, challenging and improving state-of-the-art software.
  • •Develop secure, scalable AI-native applications combining traditional software components with agentic AI capabilities.
  • •Implement cloud-native solutions, including API design (REST/GraphQL), databases, and microservice/distributed architectures.
  • •Collaborate in an agile team with developers, architects, and designers, using regular code reviews and stakeholder communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong programming skills in technologies such as TypeScript, Go, and Rust, with solid computer science foundations (data structures, algorithms, design patterns).
  • •Very good knowledge of modern web technologies, including Node.js and TypeScript, plus proficiency in at least one JavaScript framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
  • •A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field, and first professional work experience in a similar role.
  • •Practical experience designing secure, scalable AI-native applications combining traditional components with agentic AI capabilities.
  • •Knowledge of cloud programming and infrastructure, including REST/GraphQL APIs, relational databases, and microservice/distributed systems.
