Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end execution of the annual SOX compliance program and ensure milestones are completed on time.
  • •Monitor program progress, identify risks and dependencies, and proactively address issues impacting execution.

  • •Develop and maintain SOX program dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting.
