Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement Intel Malaysia site communications, including employee and executive communications aligned with Intel Global Marketing and Communications and site objectives.
  • •Build and maintain a clear Intel Malaysia narrative connecting technology leadership, local presence, business priorities, and contributions.
  • •Maximize communications impact through storytelling across formats including intranet, newsletters, blogs, social media, open forums, videos, podcasts, infographics, and other creative mediums.
  • •Support executive communications with messaging, employee forums, talking points, and leadership engagement.
  • •Lead/coordinate Malaysia communications for issues and crisis situations, and advise leadership on internal communication, employer branding, and social media; also support product launches and product communications.

Key Requirements

  • •10-15 years of communications experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • •Experience in internal communications, storytelling, and employer branding.
  • •Ability to develop and execute 360-degree communications programs and campaigns.
  • •Flair for data-based decision making, including experience using AI tools and focusing on communications metrics/analytics.
  • •Excellent writing skills and strong stakeholder management with collaboration mindset.
