Key Responsibilities

•Support operations management as the finance point of contact for SIOP and Quality on finance matters.
•Execute monthly and quarterly financial closing, including journal entries, supplemental data gathering, and forecasting.
•Perform operations financial planning and analysis, building short- and long-term plans, forecasts, and operational metrics.
•Lead capital expenditures financial planning and analysis for Rockford Engine Control Systems operations.
•Prepare inventory analysis and forecasts, monthly account reconciliations, management reports, and ensure SOX compliance and audit readiness.

Key Requirements

•University degree and 8+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
•Experience analyzing financial data and communicating financial information internally and externally.
•Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
•Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system.
•Ability to extract, manage, and analyze large amounts of data from centralized systems.
