Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and support Java-based microservices and APIs for lending products and platforms.
  • •Translate business and functional requirements into technical solutions while partnering with product, QA, SRE/Operations, and Risk/Compliance stakeholders.
  • •Build cloud-ready, observable services with strong performance, scalability, resilience, and security characteristics.
  • •Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to improve release frequency and quality.
  • •Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive fixes through completion; support incident rotations where applicable.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on Java experience building enterprise-grade services (Java 11+; Java 17 preferred).
  • •Strong experience with Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC/WebFlux, Spring Security) and REST API design (OpenAPI/Swagger).
  • •Expertise in microservices patterns (service decomposition, resiliency, idempotency, backward compatibility).
  • •Database and messaging experience, including SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL) and Kafka/MQ with eventing concepts (ordering, retries, delivery semantics).
  • •Knowledge of credit-card system design and production delivery with strong test coverage and secure-by-design development (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, OWASP awareness).
