Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks for efficient, scalable managed service operations.
•Provide L3/L4 escalation support for complex incidents and service requests, including RCA and automation-based permanent fixes.
•Improve reliability through proactive issue detection, self-healing systems, and DevOps/SRE practices with SLIs/SLOs.
•Automate infrastructure provisioning, lifecycle management, and CI/CD/change/release management with audit trails and documentation.
•Lead cross-technology collaboration and continuous improvement by mentoring teams and driving automation initiatives and platform upgrades.

Key Requirements

•Develop and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Ansible and Terraform to automate repetitive operational tasks.
•Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application automation using GitLab, Jenkins, and GitHub Actions.
•Provide L3/L4 support for complex, escalated incidents and service requests, performing RCA and implementing permanent fixes via automation.
•Implement DevOps/SRE practices to improve system reliability and observability, including defining SLIs/SLOs and supporting performance optimization.
•Integrate security and compliance tooling (e.g., CyberArk, Opswat, Splunk) into automation workflows, including automated scanning, patching, and policy enforcement.
