Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer contracts and/or subcontracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, certification, financial reporting, and product delivery for major contracts.
  • •Negotiate contract terms from proposal stage to project close-out in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • •Provide advice and interpretation of contract requirements, reviewing solicitation requests and proposal volumes to identify risk areas and ensure compliance.
  • •Coordinate approval of negotiations, contracts, and subcontracts with appropriate management staff and maintain current knowledge of contractual procedures and practices.
  • •Act as an active participant on proposal teams, supporting pricing/scheduling strategy, proposal risk assessment, and participating in program reviews, status briefings, and customer interaction when the contracting officer is involved.

  • •Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration practices, procedures, and processes.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies (including FAR and applicable Agency Supplements, and CAS).
