Drive dual sourcing for supply continuity by understanding long-lead drivers and mitigation strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to define sourcing plans for NPI/pilot projects, manage supplier part qualification, and oversee make-vs-buy decisions. Use Excel and software tools to analyze cost roll-ups and support program executives with presentations.

•Initiate and manage RFQs, lead time, and should-cost (cost estimation) requests assigned by internal stakeholders.
•Use supplier matrix to quote, negotiate, and award business; develop lead time mitigation strategies through dual sourcing.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define sourcing strategies/plans for NPI and pilot projects.
•Manage supplier part qualification per inspection requirements for critical components.
•Perform cost roll-ups using software tools, resolve quote-cost discrepancies, and create presentations for program executives and CFT stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical or Electronics) with at least 5 years of experience in sourcing, program management, and supplier management.
•Electrical/Electronics commodity experience.
•Prior sourcing, negotiation, dual sourcing, and supplier management experience.
•Proficiency with MS Office; Excel is required.
•Ability to read and interpret BOMs, communicate with suppliers, and operate independently with excellent people and presentation skills.
