Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop custom Engineered-to-Order solutions for customer, distributor, and field sales inquiries.
  • •Independently manage engineering activities from concept development through manufacturing release while leading multiple projects.
  • •Lead product design, feasibility analysis, and technical risk assessments across cost, manufacturability, reliability, codes, and certifications.
  • •Support manufacturing through product launch and provide technical guidance for production-related issues.
  • •Create and maintain engineering documentation (drawings, schematics, bills of material, specifications, and installation documentation) and coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
