Own technical pre-sales engagement for Grafana’s enterprise customers on the West Coast of the US. Partner with Sales to communicate Grafana’s value proposition, deliver product and technical presentations, and help close high-velocity opportunities. Drive product conversations based on customer needs, maintain a feedback loop into product/engineering, and create enablement content such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.
