Lead and develop a Board Validation engineering team working with pre- and post-silicon hardware, software, and diagnostic teams to ensure motherboard health, rapid silicon validation, and cross-functional collaboration across data centers and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in resource prioritization and task planning.
•Contribute to test plan design and establish requirements.
•Provide day-to-day oversight for the team, including feature enablement and validation of interfaces as they relate to data centers and AI.
•Work with global validation leads to drive technical issue resolution and improve post-silicon validation methodologies.
•Develop strategic direction for validation automation based on team requirements.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred.
•Experience leading and mentoring a team of engineers (7+ engineers) across functions and geographies.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive cross-functional programs.
•Experience in motherboard design and validation, including pre- and post-silicon validation, power and performance analysis.
•Experience with automation and validation methodologies and developing validation automation strategies.
