Job Summary

Build and manage a partnership program across Czechia and Slovakia by expanding a network of KOLs and affiliates end-to-end. Source and recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities, drive measurable growth through campaigns and content that increases trading volume and active users, and maintain strong relationships with partners. Collaborate with the product team and use competitor/market insights to refine strategies and keep a competitive edge.

Key Responsibilities

•Expand the network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates in Czechia and Slovakia from start to finish.
•Source and recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities and influencers to grow partnerships.
•Plan and execute strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results, including content and trading-volume growth.
•Build and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates to align their strategies with business objectives.
•Collaborate with the product team and conduct competitor analysis to refine strategies and optimize product offerings.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
•Fluency in English and Czech.
•Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Czechia and Slovakia.
•Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions.
•Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
