Key Responsibilities

  • •Expand the network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and affiliates in Czechia and Slovakia from start to finish.
  • •Source and recruit new affiliates, VIP traders, and crypto communities and influencers to grow partnerships.
  • •Plan and execute strategies and campaigns that drive measurable results, including content and trading-volume growth.
  • •Build and maintain strong business relationships with VIP and affiliates to align their strategies with business objectives.
  • •Collaborate with the product team and conduct competitor analysis to refine strategies and optimize product offerings.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent years of experience).
  • •Fluency in English and Czech.
  • •Proven experience in affiliate development within the crypto, finance, or trading industry, especially in Czechia and Slovakia.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data to drive strategic decisions.
  • •Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
