Key Responsibilities

  • •Play an active role in a legal operations project to improve the quality, structure, and efficiency of the contract repository.
  • •Audit, process, and maintain legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • •Oversee ticketing systems and provide day-to-day administrative support to the legal team.
  • •Conduct legal research across a variety of topics and review basic commercial agreements such as NDAs.
  • •Support the team with ad hoc legal requests and daily legal operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Available for a full-time or part-time internship for at least 3 months starting October 2026, with possible extension.
  • •Enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master’s program in Law throughout the internship.
  • •Fluency in English is required.
  • •Strong understanding of legal terminology and confidence working with contracts, with a proactive commitment to learning.
  • •One or more prior legal internships, with experience supporting contract management, legal operations, and administrative processes (contract management is a strong advantage).
