Key Responsibilities

  • •Confidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain strong knowledge of high-voltage (HV), low-voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow correct repair order documentation procedures (The Three C's).
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document customer vehicle interactions.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; support mobile service team as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair.

  • •Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 certification and a valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year.
