•Recruit, train, develop, and replace high-performance associates; manage performance and results.
•Prepare and administer timely and accurate performance evaluations for each team member.
•Engage each team member to meet or exceed company expectations through weekly productivity conversations, daily coaching, recognition, and development actions.
