Key Responsibilities

•Manage a varied caseload of domestic and commercial subsidence claims, ensuring all service level agreements are consistently met.
•Assess, validate, settle or decline claims within your delegated authority, applying sound technical reasoning and insurance liability principles.
•Diagnose structural defects and causes of damage using information gathered by surveyors, suppliers and other specialists
•Provide clear guidance and explanations to policyholders to ensure they understand the process and outcomes.
•Collaborate with surveyors, engineers and other stakeholders to reach timely, fair resolutions for complex cases.
