Key Responsibilities

  • •Resolve airplane-level requirements into system-level requirements and component requirements using time- and cost-efficient validation methods.
  • •Participate in system, component, and detail design with thorough documentation to produce error-free, readily manufactured specifications and drawings.
  • •Perform system/component validation analysis and testing, including test plans, rigs, monitoring, report authoring, supplier review, and failure analysis and mitigation.
  • •Support certification efforts by creating required artifacts (e.g., system safety analysis, FMEA, fault tree analysis) and confirming traceability to regulatory requirements.
  • •Support production and fleet operations by resolving build problems, identifying design improvements, addressing test failures and flight squawks, and analyzing incidents for safety review recommendations.
