Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • •10+ years of experience in a similar or related role, including 5+ years driving software/hardware customer escalations.
  • •Hands-on experience with software development for hardware platforms and proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering complex products to customers and coordinating multi-functional execution.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and creatively resolve technical and resource issues.
