Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end oversight of Rights of Individuals requests for customer cases under island-specific data protection laws.
  • •Design, embed, and monitor robust processes and controls to mitigate risk and ensure SLA performance.
  • •Act as central point of contact for complex cases, including Commissioner enquiries, while avoiding inappropriate disclosures.
  • •Own Rights of Individual control effectiveness and advise risk owners on control impacts, risks, and KCIs.
  • •Provide indirect oversight of an offshore GSC fulfilment team to ensure quality, control adherence, and SLA delivery.
