Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and consolidate data from central dashboards, reporting systems, and SharePoint repositories.
  • •Validate, clean, and maintain reporting datasets to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • •Prepare Excel reports, KPI tracking files, and PowerPoint presentations for recurring business reviews.
  • •Support analysis of material availability, inventory health, supply-demand balance, and operational performance metrics.
  • •Assist with report standardization, documentation, and process improvement initiatives; collaborate with local and global stakeholders to support reporting requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Information Management, or related fields.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • •Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, or data analysis tools is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
