Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and develop a team of DevOps/infrastructure engineers, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and team planning.
  • •Guide design and operations of cloud and on-prem infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and customer-managed environments.
  • •Own production Kubernetes reliability: deployments, scaling, monitoring, incident response, and durable improvements.
  • •Drive infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines for a large-scale monorepo, including observability practices (metrics, logs, traces, alerting).
  • •Advance reliability and enterprise deployment readiness, including SLOs, capacity planning, disaster recovery, runbooks, and security/access controls.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional DevOps/SRE/Infrastructure experience and 3+ years managing teams.
  • •Deep production expertise with Kubernetes (AKS, EKS, or GKE).
  • •Strong infrastructure-as-code skills with Pulumi, Terraform, or Bicep.
  • •Experience operating CI/CD systems such as GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or Jenkins.
  • •Proficiency in at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Go, TypeScript, or Bash) plus networking, TLS, and observability tools (Datadog/Prometheus/Grafana).
