Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership and overall responsibility for planning, directing, and completing innovation activities in technology and business improvement.
  • •Own a portfolio of initiatives to enhance digital client experience and service through tools and better system integration.
  • •Collaborate with the Private Bank Operating Committee and National Practice Leads to identify technology, operational, and business risk issues and develop solutions.
  • •Analyze roles and responsibilities and install technology solutions plus quality control and assurance programs to eliminate manual processing and improve efficiency.
  • •Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop front office training to work effectively as one team with urgency and flawless execution.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Wealth & Investment Management business working with banking platforms, trust accounting platforms, digital solutions, operations, and bank systems integration.
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • •Ability to establish and communicate a strategic vision to executive management.
  • •Ability to drive results through implementation.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks and develop improvement solutions.
