People Operations Specialist

Own day-to-day People Operations in Poland, managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through offboarding, including contracts, amendments, and related documentation. Maintain accurate employee and contractor records in HR systems, support compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR, and handle time & attendance administration in coordination with payroll. Serve as the primary Poland contact and support global mobility, EOR coordination, and HR queries.
