Job Summary

Join our Mobile Infrastructure team to build the platform layer powering the OKX app for millions of daily users. You will own architecture, toolchains, and developer experience, creating reusable mobile infrastructure across iOS and Android, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development, improve performance, and enable product teams to move faster at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain mobile infrastructure, tooling, and shared frameworks that improve engineering efficiency and developer experience across the organisation.
•Analyse and optimise application code at the UI and infrastructure layer, including memory footprint, package size, startup time, and rendering performance.
•Design and develop reusable, scalable mobile components for use across iOS and Android platforms.
•Partner with product engineering teams to deliver infrastructure solutions, establish best practices, and drive technical standards.
•Drive architecture innovations that support world-class mobile app development at scale.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of native iOS or Android development experience, with a strong track record in infrastructure, platform, or architecture work.
•Deep expertise in either iOS (Swift/Objective-C/C++) or Android (Kotlin/Java, Jetpack), with confidence contributing across both platforms.
•Actively uses AI tools in your engineering workflow — including building AI-leveraged workflows, curating domain knowledge bases, and codifying repeatable agent skills so tools like Claude Code or Codex deliver reliably on real production work.
•Proven experience optimising app performance — memory, package size, startup time, and UI rendering — in production environments at scale.
•Deep understanding of design patterns, architectural principles, and the mobile SDK layer for building scalable, high-performance components.
