Key Responsibilities

•Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with core business priorities, including e-learning paths, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
•Lead end-to-end design and implementation of the Bybit Way global culture strategy and drive behavioral adoption across departments and regions.
•Own full-cycle new employee onboarding, coordinating with SSC, IT, and business teams; design standardized, scalable orientation programs.
•Design and deliver leadership training and support organizational performance management, promotion assessment, and broader talent development processes.
•Drive AI transformation of OD workflows by identifying automation opportunities, partnering with the AI core team, and managing OD budgets and vendor relationships.

•5+ years of L&D/OD experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.

•Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
