Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate and execute company-wide learning strategies aligned with core business priorities, including e-learning paths, workshops, and blended learning solutions.
  • •Lead end-to-end design and implementation of the Bybit Way global culture strategy and drive behavioral adoption across departments and regions.
  • •Own full-cycle new employee onboarding, coordinating with SSC, IT, and business teams; design standardized, scalable orientation programs.
  • •Design and deliver leadership training and support organizational performance management, promotion assessment, and broader talent development processes.
  • •Drive AI transformation of OD workflows by identifying automation opportunities, partnering with the AI core team, and managing OD budgets and vendor relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of L&D/OD experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
  • •Proficient in e-learning platforms and LMS systems.

  • •Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
