Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow and enforce company safety and GMP policies, including safety checklists, lock-out/tag-out, and PPE monitoring.
  • •Set up, run, and supervise extrusion lines and coordinate the pack area to meet production goals.
  • •Maintain quality standards by monitoring output, directing quality inspections, and using QAN root cause/corrective action knowledge.
  • •Plan, assign, and direct work to manage downtime and production, including inputting shift information into JDE and maintaining packing summary sheets.
  • •Support changeovers and equipment efficiency by adjusting resin blends, managing packaging operations, and assisting with minor repairs and troubleshooting.
