Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter, track, and analyze product and associated materials for warehouse shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • •Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by a manager.
  • •Maintain equipment and product tracking logs and manage electronic receipts of equipment/product when it arrives.
  • •Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory control including receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments.
  • •Pull inventory for order prep, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets; coordinate equipment maintenance and respond to incoming calls and emails.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • •2+ years of warehouse or inventory experience.
  • •Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping, tracking, and receiving; international shipping experience is preferred.
  • •Ability to pass and complete internal forklift certification.
  • •Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record meeting AVI-SPL driving standards.
