Key Responsibilities

  • •Own EHS execution across EMEA sites, including onsite inspections, hazard and risk assessments, and ergonomic reviews on a regular cadence.
  • •Investigate workplace incidents, injuries, and illnesses and manage occupational health cases with occupational health providers, HR, and Legal partners.
  • •Serve as the in-region EHS face for employees and partners by supporting safety committees and emergency response teams and working with landlords/building management and contractors.
  • •Co-build and tune EMEA EHS programs (emergency action plans, fire safety, ergonomics, contractor/vendor safety, occupational health, and training) for UK, Ireland, France, Germany, and other EU markets.
  • •Lead in-region fire safety ownership (Fire Risk Assessments, remediation tracking, and responsible person/duty-holder responsibilities) and manage environmental health work such as hazardous materials, indoor air quality, water safety (Legionella), and related documentation/training.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience owning EHS for a region or serving as the EHS lead in your geography.
  • •Strong working knowledge of EHS regulatory frameworks across the UK and Ireland (HSE, HSA), ideally with additional EU jurisdictions.
  • •Working knowledge of fire safety regulation and compliance in Europe, including Fire Risk Assessments and duty-holder responsibilities.
  • •Comfort translating regulatory requirements into clear decisions and pushing back when something isn’t safe.
  • •Ability to write clear SOPs/playbooks/program documents and use software tools for EHS incident reporting, risk assessment, and learning management.
