Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with data center management and host/supply teams to run capacity and utilization review cadence that feeds the product roadmap.
  • •Own relationships and escalation paths with host and infrastructure partners, resolving capacity, performance, or contractual issues quickly.
  • •Translate capacity and utilization data into tradeoffs for adding or consolidating supply, balancing cost and reliability.
  • •Build and drive project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply stakeholders, scoping work and sequencing dependencies with real-world constraints.
  • •Act as primary point of contact across teams by spotting risks early and delivering clear, regular status updates; run post-program reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in infrastructure-focused organizations, including capacity planning, data center operations, or vendor/partner management.
  • •4+ years of experience (or equivalent) leading complex technology programs from planning through delivery.
  • •Proven ability to partner with 3+ cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs from planning through launch.
  • •Experience working with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally.
  • •Strong technical background and quantitative/analytical skills to turn capacity, cost, and delivery data into clear recommendations.
