Job Summary

Maintain and improve equipment and yard conditions at a construction rental facility in Rock Springs. Inspect and document equipment before and after use, perform routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and cleaning, and support loading and unloading. Keep inventory systems up to date and ensure general yard and shop cleanup. Uphold safety standards and customer experience while assisting with other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

•Inspect and report equipment condition before and after usage.
•Document incoming and outgoing equipment and maintain equipment inventory systems per standard operating procedures.
•Assist with routine inspections, repairs, maintenance, and equipment cleaning.
•Demonstrate, load, and unload equipment, supporting daily yard operations.
•Maintain a safe, hazard-free workplace and handle general yard and shop cleanup; assist with other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•Follow safety requirements, including PPE when applicable, and complete required safety training.

•Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
•Be at least 18 years old and pass a 10-panel drug screen for this safety-sensitive role.
