  • •8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

  • •Experience building finance-related platforms such as BNPL, lending, payments, or digital banking.
  • •Strong command of modern tech stacks (Python, Java, Node.js, or Go) plus relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and event-driven architectures.
