•Drive engineering excellence through process optimization, automated testing, and continuous delivery best practices.
•Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and fintech regulatory standards, and monitor system performance for low latency and high availability.

•8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.

•Experience building finance-related platforms such as BNPL, lending, payments, or digital banking.
•Strong command of modern tech stacks (Python, Java, Node.js, or Go) plus relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and event-driven architectures.
