Key Responsibilities

  • •Estimate and negotiate change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • •Provide estimating, cost planning, and commercial management, including producing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Review and coordinate with design teams and contractors to develop project cost estimates; reconcile changes and support quantity/pricing validation.
  • •Manage cost checks, valuations, forecasting, commitment tracking, contingency management, risk tracking, and change control on large projects.
  • •Produce monthly cost reports and presentations, support final accounts negotiation, maintain benchmarking/historical cost records, and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related construction discipline.
  • •5–7 years of experience in cost management, quantity surveying, commercial management, or project controls in construction.
  • •Experience leading cost management services on medium to large-scale projects, preferably mission-critical data centers or similarly complex environments.
  • •Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred.
  • •RICS accreditation or progress toward accreditation preferred, with strong estimating, procurement strategies, value management/engineering, and change management knowledge.
