Job Summary

Provide timely, accurate client transaction processing and deliver a high-quality client experience by identifying financial needs. Cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calling, and contribute to Integrated Relationship Management (IRM). Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls and risk-management policies.

•Process client transactions accurately while maintaining proper records and handling monies assigned.
•Deliver a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and facilitating courteous conversations for complex and standardized transactions.

•Support sales and service outreach through outbound calls, identifying client needs/offers, and referring clients to appropriate branch specialists.

Key Requirements
