Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions, engaging clients, and uncovering needs while maintaining consistent service levels.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online banking, and Mobile banking.
  • •Support the team sales process through outbound calls, checking for client offers, and identifying needs or opportunities; fulfill needs or refer to appropriate team members.
