Job Summary

Provide on-site application support to customers’ technical teams and act as the primary communication bridge between Product Engineering, R&D, and customers. Support debugging and optimization for advanced technology nodes, monitor customer project progress, and coordinate technical feedback. Work with customers and product engineers to define technical targets, prepare project roadmaps, and conduct regular review meetings, while managing customer cases in JIRA and delivering on-site training.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site application support to customers’ technical teams and build strong relationships with key customer contacts.
•Hold regular meetings with customers, communicate critical customer requirements to the company, and report customer technical requirements and issues to Product and R&D Engineering.
•Deliver product support focused on debugging and optimizing solutions for advanced technology nodes; monitor and drive customer project progress.
•Coordinate and facilitate technical feedback delivery to customers, and work with customers and product engineers to define technical targets and project plans including roadmaps and review meetings.
•Manage customer cases using the JIRA documentation and tracking system and conduct on-site training while coordinating customer training requirements.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree or above in Physics, Optics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
•Solid knowledge of Optical Proximity Correction (OPC) and lithography technologies.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication, planning, organizational, collaboration, and project leadership capabilities.
•Experience in mask design/manufacturing, physical layout design, lithography, or other wafer processing technologies is highly preferred.
