Job Summary

Product Graphics Designer responsible for translating Dyson’s design intent into on‑product graphics. Lead from briefs to production, communicate with global design teams and suppliers, ensure graphics adhere to brand guidelines, and push innovative on‑product visuals across Dyson’s machines.

Job Function: Design (Product/UX/UI/Visual)

Key Responsibilities

•Communicate with both internal and external development partners throughout the development process and into production.
•Review samples and prototype rigs to assess the accuracy of graphical application, colour, and overall adherence to the design intent.
•Report key project milestones and developments to the Lead Designer and Head of Department on a weekly basis.
•Collaborate with CMF, Industrial Design, Commercial Branding teams in the UK, and Product Experience designers to seamlessly integrate graphics into the overall product design strategy.
•Conceptualise and create iconography and visual mock‑ups adhering to Dyson’s brand guidelines and on‑product print processes.

Key Requirements

•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and CAD software for executing design concepts and producing visuals throughout product development.
•Background in graphics, illustration, branding, and possibly packaging; experience creating mock-ups of brand marks applied to product visuals.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas confidently to senior stakeholders.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a demanding environment and collaborate with engineering teams, industrial designers, and print teams.
•Ability to generate ideas within tight deadlines and respond effectively to briefs.
