Job Summary

Drive tractor-trailer locally with home-daily consistency, transporting masonry, bagged concrete, dry mix, and hardscape materials to stores, jobsites, and distribution yards. Make safe, timely deliveries, assist with loading and unloading (including possible boom crane and truck-mounted forklift use), and follow dispatcher instructions. Maintain DOT-compliant paperwork and records, perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, and monitor/report equipment, product quality, customer satisfaction, and traffic issues.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport masonry, bagged concrete, and hardscapes materials to customers and delivery locations.
•Make assigned deliveries in a safe and timely manner.
•Assist and supervise loading to ensure proper order and weight distribution; unload using equipment as needed.
•Receive dispatcher invoices and instructions, obtain shipping bills and signatures, and return completed paperwork.
•Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections, maintain accurate daily logs and delivery documentation, and monitor/report equipment or quality issues.

Key Requirements
