Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
  • •Stack finished products into predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
  • •Label materials based on type, size, and count; apply individual tags before/after treating/production.
  • •Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment; band, bundle, and secure material including corner protectors and loading sticks.
  • •Ensure correct quantities, strap and label items before leaving the work area; maintain tag inventory and record production on production sheets.
