Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the delivery of architectural technical design solutions across all project stages.
  • •Establish and manage the technical design delivery strategy, programme, and outputs in collaboration with project leadership.
  • •Coordinate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coherent and compliant design information, ensuring design quality and technical accuracy.
  • •Oversee production of technical drawings, models, reports, and presentation materials; lead preparation of design sketches and presentations.
  • •Collaborate on project scope and execution planning, ensuring delivery across multiple projects with adherence to timelines, budgets, quality, statutory requirements, and UK building regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Qualified Architect (Chartered preferred).
  • •15+ years experience in the architectural/construction industry.
  • •Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and standards.
  • •Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other BIM tools.
