Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and oversee general ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • •Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements; assist with P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting.
  • •Handle GST/TDS and other statutory filings within deadlines; ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Manage accounts payable/receivable activities, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, customer invoicing, collections, and credit control; reconcile accounts.
  • •Assist with budgeting, forecasts, variance analysis, MIS reporting, KPIs, and cost control; monitor cash flow and coordinate with banks; support ERP and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • •Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CFA or CPA preferred.
  • •Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
  • •In-depth understanding of financial principles, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance.
