Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer purchasing processes and operations in accordance with broad policies and objectives.
  • •Negotiate terms and manage contracts and POs in line with policies, procedures, standards and timelines.
  • •Monitor purchasing service levels to ensure best services and fairness in procurement processes.
  • •Prepare RFQs for main equipment based on client RFP and project documents.
  • •Consolidate comments from technical, commercial and project teams on RFQs.
  • •Float RFQs to OEMs and obtain quotations as per RFQ.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams to clarify OEM quotations.
  • •Present evaluation results (commercial and technical) to project team.
  • •Prepare and float logistics RFQs and obtain quotations from logistics vendors.
  • •Negotiate terms with logistics providers and select transportation routes for efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •MBA or relevant Master’s degree from a top-tier internationally recognized institution; Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or finance or related field
  • •5-7 years experience in purchasing/procuring main equipment for renewable energy projects (PV Solar and Wind) or equivalent
  • •2-3 years of experience in renewable energies EPC works
  • •Knowledge of renewable energy industry and bids/proposals processes; strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills
  • •Ability to prioritize actions and manage a diverse cross-functional team
