Job Summary

Deliver personalized client service at the Emmett, ID branch by having financial conversations in person and over the phone to identify needs and provide appropriate solutions. Open and maintain core consumer and basic business banking products, perform Teller transactions, and assist with consumer loan requests. Build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach and referrals across Home Loans, Treasury Solutions, Merchant Services, Business Banking, and Wealth Management while staying compliant with all regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
•Open and maintain a variety of products, including checking/savings, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer credit cards.
•Perform Teller duties and financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and accurate cash handling.
•Conduct needs-based financial conversations and may process new consumer loan requests.
•Identify referral opportunities across lines of business and document activity using 360 View, while maintaining compliance and supporting community/financial education efforts.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or GED required.
•Banking or related experience required.
•Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and follow verbal and written instructions with strong attention to detail.

•Compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008, including meeting SAFE Act requirements and acceptable background investigation results.
